Peder joined Equip in 2022, after doing an internship in Equip in 2019. 

Prior to Equip, Peder worked as a strategy consultant and data scientist in Boston Consulting Group, working with clients across consumer, industrial goods, energy and private equity.

Peder holds a Master of Science in Industrial Economics and Technology Management from the Norwegian University of Science
and Technology, and was a Visiting Undergraduate Student at Harvard University. During his studies, he also completed internships in The Norwegian Ministry of Finance, Investinor, Boston Consulting Group and Equip.
